This wine is currently bulk aging in glass. It has been racked once.

Norm Hardie was kind enough to spare 23L of his amazing Wismer Vineyards Riesling juice, fresh from the press. I don't have many details yet, but I'm excited to see what I can do with such a great-quality source.
